CFLC held a ceremony on the morning of September 14 to mark the beginning of an induction program for newly recruited faculty members. The ceremony was presided over by CFLC Party Secretary Chen Zhiwei. Ms. Chen introduced the newly recruited teachers to the current faculty and staff and the new teachers each made a self-introduction.

The induction program is a process designed to help new teachers at CFLC develop personally and professionally during their first year of employment. Its purpose is to promote excellence in teaching and to orient and train new faculty members in the philosophies and practices inherent at CFLC.

The induction program is designed to help teachers prepare and present lessons, teach students more effectively, and create a good classroom atmosphere. It also helps teachers become adjusted to the College and the procedures for its day-to-day operations. Moreover, it aids teachers in learning the procedures and techniques of classroom management, and help teachers develop a healthy relationship with students and fellow faculty members.
